What types of jet skis are used?
We only use Yamaha VX Deluxe. These are newer models with more bells and whistles, they have reverse and, yes, speakers for your own personal Bluetooth sound system on the water !!
Is this adventure only for experienced jet ski riders?
No it is not! We often get first time jet skiers and we are very well versed to make you feel comfortable, safe, and confident on the water. Your safety is our main priority and we perform a safety briefing and a tutorial on how to use the jet skis prior to our departure.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is a required $200.00 deposit when you book your reservation. The remaining balance will be collected on the day of the adventure prior to departure. Because we only book 1 adventure per day any cancellation made via email within 72 hours of the adventure the deposit would be forfeited. We will refund 100% of the deposit if the request to cancel is received via email beyond 72 hours of your adventure
What happens if there is bad weather?
If bad weather should occur on the date of your adventure we will try to reschedule it with you on a date that is approved by you. If no date can be rebooked for your adventure a full credit will be refunded to you for the deposit received.
Are there any other costs?
No! All taxes and booking fees are included in the price you pay. All food and beverages are included. All fuel is included.
Is There a security deposit required?
No security deposit is required, however, you are responsible for your watercraft and in the event you cause damages to the jet ski you are held responsible. You will need to inspect the jet ski prior to departure.
Is gratuity/tip included in the price?
No, gratuity/tip is not included in the price.
