2. Terms & Conditions

Booking  or participating in a jet ski tour with Madeira Beach Couples Jet Ski  Tours, LLC means you agree to the applicable policies, safety  requirements, and participation rules described on this page and  provided during the booking process.

Jet  skiing is an active water-based recreational activity requiring  physical readiness, personal responsibility, and compliance with all  safety instructions.

Guests must:

• Provide a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in when required.

• Sign the required liability waiver prior to departure.

• Follow all verbal and written instructions provided by the tour guide.

• Operate jet skis responsibly and safely.

• Arrive on time for the scheduled tour.

• Understand that weather,  tides, water conditions, marine life, and other environmental factors  may affect the route, duration, stops, or operation of a tour.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest who is impaired, uncooperative, unsafe, or unwilling to follow required safety instructions.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our private 3- and 4-Hour Gulf & Shell Key Jet Ski Tours are reserved exclusively for your party. Our 2- and 3-Hour Intracoastal Jet Ski Tours may include another booking.

Guest-Initiated Cancellations — Direct Bookings

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled tour receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled tour receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• Guests who arrive too late to participate or miss departure are non-refundable.

•  If Madeira Beach Couples Jet Ski Tours, LLC cancels a tour because of  unsafe weather or water conditions, guests will be offered rescheduling or a refund.

Bookings  made through third-party travel or booking platforms are subject to the  cancellation and refund policy shown on that platform at the time of  booking.

4. Safety Requirements & Guest Eligibility

Age Requirements

• All drivers must be at least 21 years old and present a valid state-issued photo ID.

• Passengers must be at least 9 years old on the 2- and 3-Hour Intracoastal Jet Ski Tours.

• Passengers must be at least 14 years old on the private 3- and 4-Hour Gulf & Shell Key tours.

• At least one participant must speak English.

Florida Boating Safety Requirement

Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 must complete an approved Florida boating safety exam before operating a jet ski on Florida waters.

Pregnancy Restriction

For safety reasons, pregnant guests may not participate in any jet ski activity.

Life Jacket Requirement

All participants must wear a properly fitted U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket while riding a jet ski and whenever instructed by the tour guide.

Drugs & Alcohol

Guests  may not participate while under the influence of alcohol, illegal  substances, or medications that impair their ability to participate  safely.

Participation may be refused or terminated when impairment is suspected. No refund will be provided when a guest is unable to participate because of impairment.

Navigation Rules

Guests must follow all applicable federal, state, and local boating rules and all instructions from the tour guide, including:

• Remaining within designated riding areas.

• Maintaining a safe distance from wildlife, docks, vessels, swimmers, markers, and other hazards.

• Observing idle-speed and no-wake restrictions.

• Following all instructions from the tour guide immediately and fully.

Failure to comply with safety or navigation requirements may result in the tour being ended early without a refund.

5. Liability Waiver Requirement

All  participants must sign the required liability waiver prior to  departure. A parent or natural guardian must complete any required  documentation for a participating minor.

The waiver includes acknowledgment of applicable risks, safety requirements, participant responsibilities, and legal terms.
