This information is  used only for booking confirmation, customer service, safety compliance,  and improving the guest experience.

We  do not sell or share your information except as necessary to process  bookings (such as payment platforms, scheduling systems, or Bókun) or  when disclosure is required by law or for safety.

2. Terms & Conditions

Booking  or participating in a jet ski tour with Madeira Beach Couples Jet Ski  Tours, LLC means you agree to all policies on this page.

Jet  skiing is an active water-based activity requiring physical readiness,  personal responsibility, and full compliance with all safety rules.

Guests must:

• Provide a valid government-issued ID at check-in
• Sign our Liability Waiver prior to departure
• Follow all verbal and written guidance from the tour guide
• Operate jet skis responsibly and safely
• Arrive on time for their scheduled tour
• Understand that tides, weather, marine life, and environmental conditions may affect the tour route

We may refuse service to any guest who is impaired, uncooperative, unsafe, or non-compliant.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our tours are private and reserved exclusively for one couple per time slot.

Guest-Initiated Cancellations

• 72+ hours notice → Full refund
• Under 72 hours → No refund
• No-shows → No refund
• Late arrivals that miss departure → No refund

Safety overrides all other considerations.

4. Safety Requirements & Guest Eligibility

Age Requirements

• Operators must be 21+ with valid ID
• Passengers must be 21+
  (This is a couples-only experience.)

Pregnancy Restriction

For safety reasons, pregnant guests may not participate in any jet ski activity.

Life Jacket Requirement

All guests must wear a U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jacket at all times on or near the jet ski.

Drugs & Alcohol

Guests may not participate under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances, or impairing medications.

Tours canceled for suspected impairment result in no refund.

Navigation Rules

Guests must obey all applicable federal, state, and local navigation laws, including:

• Staying inside designated riding zones
• Maintaining distance from wildlife, docks, boats, rocks, markers, and obstacles
• Observing idle-speed / no-wake restrictions
• Following all instructions from the tour guide immediately and fully

Failure to comply may end the tour early with no refund.

5. Liability Waiver Requirement

All guests must sign a liability waiver prior to departure.

The waiver includes acknowledgment of risks, safety rules, and legal requirements.
